Where will the classes take place and do I have to download any app to access them ?

Classes will take place mainly online, via Zoom or Microsoft Teams therefore it's necessary to download one of these plataforms. Face to face classes will be in a meeting point suitable for both student and teacher [unavailable for now].

Can I use other electronic equipment to access classes other than the computer?

You can use a cell phone, tablet or other similar equipment as long as it does not interfere with the course of classes.

If I don't feel comfortable turning my camera on during class, can I turn it off?

Preferably students should have the camera on during the sessions but those who are not comfortable for various reasons can turn off the camera.

What is the class cancellation policy?

All students who, for any reason, wish to cancel a class must do so at least 24 hours in advance. Any class canceled outside the stipulated period will be charged and cannot be rescheduled.

For group classes, this policy does not apply if an individual student does not attend the scheduled session. In such cases, the session will be deducted from the student's package. However, if the majority of students inform that they cannot attend a class, leaving only one or two attendees, the class will be canceled and rescheduled with the consent of the majority.

Can i record the session?

Recording any session is strictly prohibited. However, if a student cannot attend a session, they may request the teacher to record it at least 24 hours in advance. [This option is available only for group packages.

Can I buy a group pack?

Yes, if you are by yourself, you can wait for a course to open with 3 to 5 students. When the class has all the members, the course will begin on a date set by the teacher. We will notify you if the process takes too long, and you can choose to use other services in the meantime.
